72 years young and just started rebounding. I've tried some of the ten minute workouts and was exhausted (maybe bored??). Saw yours and thought, I can stop after ten or whatever. BUT, I was so interested with your motivational support and music I made it all the way to the end and without cheating I might add. Thank you for posting this, you saved my rebounder from becoming a thrift shop donation.

omg , i just want to cry with happiness! i’ve had 2 strokes in 3 years!, changed my diet, etc. i had to relearn how to walk withe this last stroke in march! i’ve since bought a rebounder and can’t wait until i can start your rebounder workout ! i’m new to it. i’d just found your over 50s workouts and love themi’m 68!!! and overweight yippee , lots of choices!!!! hallelujah! and the music is great too!

I absolutely loved this! I'm 65 and it kept my heart rate up at about 155, 165 on the jumping jack type. I'm glad I've been doing 10 minute workouts on my Leaps & Rebounds rebounder before this. This is the longest one I've done,very do-able,felt great and I know I'm getting twice the workout I normally would. As a breast cancer survivor rebounding is the best for cleaning out my lymphatic system,so important! Feels gereat!
I'll be 60 in a month. I have accomplished this 30 min routine for 25 weeks. At least 6 times a week. I have tweaked as it becomes easier. I love rebounding! Thank you!

I love these workouts. I usually hate any cardio and either avoid it or watch the clock non-stop. Not with these rebounder workouts. I smile, I jump, I sweat and I am watching my body transform - more toned, slimmer waist and all in all I'm in a better mood. I can't recommend these enough. I'm 51 and use light weights at the same time (only about 1 or 1.5kg).
I'm 33 and recently started rebounding. We have a big trampoline in our backyard so that's what I do these exercises on and let me tell you, I have definitely been seeing results! I've lost around 30 pounds and I have so much energy. I feel like I'm 6 years old again, it's crazy! The exercises are so simple and fun that I dont want to stop! I am 57 and I love this workout. I sit at my job all day and I need to add in 30 minutes of jumping to keep my blood pumping. I haven't lost any weight, but I have firmed up in the last 3 months.
Amazing!!! I tried the workout at the gym. Your class is 10X better. 40 seconds is a genius, then a break, I love the heads-up next exercise that is coming and the timer on timer on the right side of the screen. Thank you so much!!!

I'm 60 in a few months time and have always done some form of keep fit since my twenties - but nothing has benefited my sense of wellbeing and my physique as much as doing regular rebounding sessions over the last few months. I've had a mini rebounder for nearly a decade but hardly used it - then came the UK lockdown in March 2020. As my local swimming pool was closed for the duration, I dusted off my mini rebounder and haven't looked back since in terms of how much I feel and know doing regular mini-rebounder workouts has benefited my body/mind and help me endure some big personal challenges in my life over the last few years which are ongoing. Until this summer I was a regular swimmer which I still enjoy doing, but the price-hike for swimming at my local sports centre made me return to doing more regular mini-rebounder sessions and fewer swim sessions. I think the most amazing thing that has happened to me in terms of my physical appearance - all thanks to mini-rebounder workouts like this one - is that the stubborn and significant amounts of cellulite around my belly and waistline has actually disappeared! Yes, truly it has, together with a lot of my belly fat. I've always been quite slim but could never shift my belly fat or cellulite, so this was an unexpected and welcome benefit. My complexion is especially good too which others have noticed, and the mild-moderate rosacea I've had for a long time has gone into remission too, which I'm convinced is due to the benefits of rebounding. I've also lost a stone in weight in the last six months and am now a size 8-10. I've exercised to several mini-rebounder workouts on RUclips, in addition to my own exercise routines, and think this particular one is excellent for all ages and abilities. I will definitely be including it in my regular mini-rebounder sessions.
Such a fun workout. I am an obese male and just 3 days ago, i found out about rebounding..i purchased my rebounder and got it today, set it up and started doing this. I'm 56. Had my rebounder for about 6 months. Have not able to be stable and steady because of some health issues. But I'm pushing thru and other videos are so hard to keep up with. I'm not 28-38, limber and energetic anymore. Late starting in getting into shape. Since I started rebounding, even with the health bounce, I feel better, I'm not out of breath climbing stairs. Fabulous rebound workout. This is my second workout. The moves gave me a run for my money, but we're simple and didn't require masses of coordination. Brilliant!!!
I love love love this rebounder routine! I always exercise on a rebounder and have adjusted your other workouts while on a rebounder. However, this routine is perfect! I hope you will do more like this. Did I say I loved it?
I don't have a rebounder, so I modified the routine for the floor and I'm sweating like crazy! Don't skip this just because you don't have a rebounder, it's still an effective workout.
You should get a rebounder as it is so much more gentler on the joints. Jumping on a hard surface can be physically damaging. A rebounder is much better for the older person. I got a rebounder for lymphatic drainage as I have swelling of the feet and ankles. It does the trick and even 15 mins a day will be enough.
@@taniayager3361 I actually wasn't jumping on my hardwood floors. But I know jumping on a rebounder is a workout and works your muscles in a different way, so I may get one in the future!

Okay - purchased rebounder April, 2022. Unboxed it March, 2023. Did my first rebounder workout today. Have no idea why I waited so long to use this rebounder. I am tired but I feel great. I am going to try to use it regularly. Time will tell, but this was a great workout. I was truly amazed at how much sweat I produced during this seemingly easy workout. I really enjoyed it.
68 years old here and LOVING the rebounding. This is such a fun workout. I modify it by pressing into the mat with the whole foot, going into the floor vs jumping up high to avoid plantar fasciitis that I am prone to. Thank you so much for putting this out there!
I'm young... 42, but I've had some recent injuries and health issues so I've become very overweight and my recent injuries have prevented me from doing certain exercises. Rebounding is the only thing that doesn't hurt my herniated disc. I loved this workout because it was really easy to follow and nothing over complicated. Thank you for this workout. I hope you will do more like this.

LOVE.... LOVE the benifits of a Rebounder. You can go fast or slow.... and you can share it with you household. For those with a balance challenge, you do get balance bars. Bounce your headache away and melt cellulite and have FUN while doing it ❤️

Loved this exercise. I have been avoiding the rebounder for a while and I am glad you did a video on it. It got me back on it again. I would love it if you could do a video with a stepper. The stepper is one of my favourite ways to exercise.

I’m less than half of 50, but I’m trying to get in shape. Love this workout. When I saw it was for 50 year olds, I almost skipped it, but I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve been having knee pain lately, so this was perfect. I got my sweat on without doing too much for my body. Thanks so much!
@@nafilath8615 I modified a few that had more leg movement to have less. It depends on how bad your pain is. For me, the rebounder stops a lot of that pain

So happy to find your channel! I have had my rebounder for years but couldn't bounce long before feelings of having to use the washroom so I never got into a routine with it. Recently I had surgery to remove my uterus which had heavy fibroids and had no idea that the weight was on my bladder causing the problem. Since surgery I have been walking 13,000 steps a day and feeling like my body can do more but didn't want to start running due to potential joint damage. So, I started bouncing again and was surprised that I no longer have the bladder issue. My stamina is great since I have built up my cardio endurance through walking daily. I have been doing my own thing on the rebounder but so happy to find your routine which incorporates more balance exercises and ones that engage the brain. At 56 I can't get enough of that focus. It's great to have a workout buddy and you are showing me moves I haven't tried yet. Thank you so much!

Well well. I know this is good for me but whew! I need to disable the darn lean bar on my rebounder. It just gets in the way. I got up to 130 BPM and I burned 148 active calories!!!! The Apple Watch dictator demands 480 from me, so this bumps me up. I’m 66 and I love your workouts. Your music is fun too. My three cats love the rebounder and try and join in! Exercise is a sort of religion for me now. It has saved me from a lot of bad thoughts, and I am back in my pre covid clothes! Body management is good but mind management is even better. This is brilliant I am fit and go to the gym regularly I got a rebounder to help me tone up after losing 6 stone. This workout is great, I do squats all the time but they are really intense on the rebounder obviously much better for toning 💪🏻

I am so bummed. I fell in love with this 30 min workout on the first day. By day 2, I was having left knee pain(from a previous injury) when I turned it a certain way and by day 4, both knees were swollen. My husband said I shouldn't have done it every day. I believe I need a rebounder with bungee cords instead of the steel springs because obviously I'm still getting too much impact on my knees. I just don't know what to do but it makes me so sad because it was such a good burn. I am going to try the 30 min walking workout you have posted and see if I can't find something that gives me that same burn as the trampoline. Thanks for all of your awesome workouts!

Fabulous rebound workout. This is my second workout. The moves gave me a run for my money, but we're simple and didn't require masses of coordination. Brilliant!!!

I love love love this rebounder routine! I always exercise on a rebounder and have adjusted your other workouts while on a rebounder. However, this routine is perfect! I hope you will do more like this. Did I say I loved it?
I don't have a rebounder, so I modified the routine for the floor and I'm sweating like crazy! Don't skip this just because you don't have a rebounder, it's still an effective workout.

You should get a rebounder as it is so much more gentler on the joints. Jumping on a hard surface can be physically damaging. A rebounder is much better for the older person. I got a rebounder for lymphatic drainage as I have swelling of the feet and ankles. It does the trick and even 15 mins a day will be enough.
@@taniayager3361 I actually wasn't jumping on my hardwood floors. But I know jumping on a rebounder is a workout and works your muscles in a different way, so I may get one in the future!

Okay - purchased rebounder April, 2022. Unboxed it March, 2023. Did my first rebounder workout today. Have no idea why I waited so long to use this rebounder. I am tired but I feel great. I am going to try to use it regularly. Time will tell, but this was a great workout. I was truly amazed at how much sweat I produced during this seemingly easy workout. I really enjoyed it.
68 years old here and LOVING the rebounding. This is such a fun workout. I modify it by pressing into the mat with the whole foot, going into the floor vs jumping up high to avoid plantar fasciitis that I am prone to. Thank you so much for putting this out there!

I'm young... 42, but I've had some recent injuries and health issues so I've become very overweight and my recent injuries have prevented me from doing certain exercises. Rebounding is the only thing that doesn't hurt my herniated disc. I loved this workout because it was really easy to follow and nothing over complicated. Thank you for this workout. I hope you will do more like this.

LOVE.... LOVE the benifits of a Rebounder. You can go fast or slow.... and you can share it with you household. For those with a balance challenge, you do get balance bars. Bounce your headache away and melt cellulite and have FUN while doing it ❤️

Loved this exercise. I have been avoiding the rebounder for a while and I am glad you did a video on it. It got me back on it again. I would love it if you could do a video with a stepper. The stepper is one of my favourite ways to exercise.

I’m less than half of 50, but I’m trying to get in shape. Love this workout. When I saw it was for 50 year olds, I almost skipped it, but I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve been having knee pain lately, so this was perfect. I got my sweat on without doing too much for my body. Thanks so much!
Same here. I like these workouts for when I need a more gentle (yet still effective) rebounding session. I still get my heart rate up and a sweat on.

@@nafilath8615 I modified a few that had more leg movement to have less. It depends on how bad your pain is. For me, the rebounder stops a lot of that pain

So happy to find your channel! I have had my rebounder for years but couldn't bounce long before feelings of having to use the washroom so I never got into a routine with it. Recently I had surgery to remove my uterus which had heavy fibroids and had no idea that the weight was on my bladder causing the problem. Since surgery I have been walking 13,000 steps a day and feeling like my body can do more but didn't want to start running due to potential joint damage. So, I started bouncing again and was surprised that I no longer have the bladder issue. My stamina is great since I have built up my cardio endurance through walking daily. I have been doing my own thing on the rebounder but so happy to find your routine which incorporates more balance exercises and ones that engage the brain. At 56 I can't get enough of that focus. It's great to have a workout buddy and you are showing me moves I haven't tried yet. Thank you so much!

Well well. I know this is good for me but whew! I need to disable the darn lean bar on my rebounder. It just gets in the way. I got up to 130 BPM and I burned 148 active calories!!!! The Apple Watch dictator demands 480 from me, so this bumps me up. I’m 66 and I love your workouts. Your music is fun too. My three cats love the rebounder and try and join in! Exercise is a sort of religion for me now. It has saved me from a lot of bad thoughts, and I am back in my pre covid clothes! Body management is good but mind management is even better. This is brilliant I am fit and go to the gym regularly I got a rebounder to help me tone up after losing 6 stone. This workout is great, I do squats all the time but they are really intense on the rebounder obviously much better for toning 💪🏻

I am so bummed. I fell in love with this 30 min workout on the first day. By day 2, I was having left knee pain(from a previous injury) when I turned it a certain way and by day 4, both knees were swollen. My husband said I shouldn't have done it every day. I believe I need a rebounder with bungee cords instead of the steel springs because obviously I'm still getting too much impact on my knees. I just don't know what to do but it makes me so sad because it was such a good burn. I am going to try the 30 min walking workout you have posted and see if I can't find something that gives me that same burn as the trampoline. Thanks for all of your awesome workouts!
