Darnit Bushman! I had no intention of you being that intense. My hardwood floors are a slip n' slide deathtrap of sweat at the moment. Impressive athleticism on your end but I held the pace with all the grace of (clever analogy reflecting an absence of grace here). Wobbly as could be but zero falls! Now your barre classes; I am thankful football/skateboarding/being an awful pole vaulter prepared me for impact. You've been all over the channel lately and I appreciate the library during this quarantine....
May 1st Bushman! I want to see that ponytail hit the friggin ceiling! This will be a lot better than any of you’re barre related workouts....I’ve noticed a frustrating consequence of this quarantine. My pelvis has been way too stabilized. The last thing I need is barre to reinforce the sudden decline in pelvic motion my body and mind are suffering through. 🙂
I'm a squash player. I got tired with the triceps exercise so I had to stop for a second and use my leg to help me in the next few repetitions. Same happened with the abs exercises. Good workout, thank you for sharing

This is the best ! In lock down missing my rebounding classes in London and this is a great work out no compromise! So hard ! Great! Keep it up . Pls !!!
These exercises are very good and the landscape enchants me! However, there are only 3 videos of "jump" or trampoline on the channel. Invest more in this content, please! Accompanied and I really like, hugs from Brazil.

This was so much fun! I don't have a trampoline at home but I was still able to modify and I was sweating to the max!
