Hi! I just want to say thank you! There are obv. So many trampoline videos. But you made the effort to show us an amazing ocean view. And I thank you from Munich, Germany. This is the longest I have been land locked, and we are now starting another full lockdown BEFORE Christmas. SO SAD> this video is my piece of workout heaven. I am 51. and I burned 346 calories with avg HR of 147! I LOVE IT!!! More ocean :) thank you! Xo

I’ve got two arthritic knees… my legs are bending because of It, I want to do something to try and help…would this do more harm or help me…I’m only a size z 12 and still work as a community care worker so still quite active. But I’m getting no help from health care.
We're not in a position to give medical advice - the best solution would be to consult with your physician. However, trampoline is easier on the joints than traditional cardio. Yoga may be helpful as well (we have lots here on our RUclips channel & also gymra.com)

I have been working out on a mini trampoline since 2017 and thought that this workout could be good if you use the entire soul of your foot to jump. Not just the toes as shown in this video. This demonstration is not the correct form for jumping
