I've tried a few rebounder videos, as a totally unfit person and a complete beginner. This is by far the best one, and I think the reason is that the trainer keeps talking to you all the way through, counting down, encouraging and reminding you where you should be. I don't understand how she finds the breath to do that actually....must be super fit. I'm having to use the pause button at the moment but hope to be able to do the whole vid in one go eventually.. Is really keeping my spirits up during the lockdown. Thanks from the UK.
Josephine you are so encouraging, adore your workouts! This wo is misleading, started off "easy", but by the end, especially those squat sets, my legs/glutes were toast and nice cardio. Very joyful, I felt like a kid pretending to "ski, box, run around the lake.." More trampoline workouts please, I know you will be creative with the sequence/sets.

This is a great workout and the instructor is so encouraging and positive. I got my rebounder last week after not exercising for about 10 years. I could only manage 10 mins before I was out of puff! I am going to keep at it until I can do it all in one go. I hope they do more videos as most are either not good or not in English so can be hard to follow for the changes of exercise etc. So glad I found GymRa!
OMG! AMAZING VIDEO!!! I have been dying to see GymRa do a trampoline workout- I have rebounder at home which I love and often substitute the regular GymRa workouts with moves on the rebounder-But now I can just follow along with the the video without doing any modifications- this is AWESOME!!! PLEASE DO MORE REBOUNDER WORKOUTS!

These exercises are very good and the landscape enchants me! However, there are only 3 videos of "jump" or trampoline on the channel. Invest more in this content, please! Accompanied and I really like, hugs from Brazil.
Please, please, please do more workouts on the trampoline like this. I love the basic moves. I don't like ones with tricky choreography are too hard to follow.
Hi, I know calorie burn is pretty subjective and varies by weight, age, sex etc. But I wear a Fitbit and I feel like I work pretty hard at this and still only burning around 175 calories for the 30 minutes. Did you actually burn 250 Josephine? I am not meaning to sound like a skeptic but wondering what I may be doing wrong. Any insight would be welcome ! Thank you !!!!
Great workout, but the background music is incredibly grating on the ears. I turned the sound down and put music on. Will definitely do this again, as i got a killer workout!

Hi Lori, burning 6-8 calories per minute sounds about right for a person weighting 140 lbs. during this workout. Josephine happened to be at 8/min.
