I'm so excited this morning...I have been working hard through the basic trampoline & slower trampoline workouts to get faster. This morning I was able to keep up with you while keeping good form. I was also able to push myself & get my knees up. A great sweat to start my Friday!!
Feel good, enjoyable, fantastic, very sweaty, lovely music and definitely a MOOD BOOSTER workout. 35 minutes, the perfect amount of time. Just what I needed this morning especially after having car problems yesterday. Thank you Michelle and crew. I LOVED IT❤❤ all the way from beautiful Cape Town

I did this one again with my JS 550 PRO- CE | White, how come your legs are gray, mine are white? Not that I mind, it looks clean until it's not LOL. What a difference! I moved up from the Leaps and Rebounds.
I don’t t know why I have different colored legs. It’s what I got😁. There is a difference in the jump when you get one that allows you adjust the bungees for your body!

Did this the pilates 30 min one. I don’t have a ring… used my blue mini- ball. Why is the ring better?
The ring does give you a different resistance. The ball is a great substitution.😉
