@@MichelleBriehler I have been doing rebounding since 2019 but only started with you about a year ago and I think I am a member just over 6 months. I am officially only using ONE 5mg blood pressure tablet daily instead of twice a day. My doctor is very impressed and all THANKS to God and you Michelle. God bless you and your business 🙏🏽❤️
I so enjoyed and needed this...was having a super frustrating morning and then THIS! So much energy and fun! I don't think you can bounce and stay in a negative space.🤔 Thank you Michelle and Crew❣️
Wasn’t feeling a workout this morning (menopause is a great energy/motivation stealer!😢) but did an upper body strength 20 min workout followed by this. Now I’m definitely hyped & ready for whatever the day has for me. Thanks Michelle (for keeping me energised & a smile on my face 😊). Have a great weekend.
