Hey Michelle. Thanks so much for this walk to the beat workout. I have been in the process of trying to get back into fitness this year after a near two year hiatus, (think the pandemic, menapause and all the things those two things can do to a person mentally and physically). For a couple months i have been doing a lot of these standing workouts and very easy floor work because my body just can't handle what it could even 3 years ago, due to lower back and hip degeneration and issues with vertigo. Seems if i do anything relatively fast paced it is something like this where I'm not jumping up and down from the floor to my feet. Also, for me, music is ESSENTIAL, and these kinds of workouts have absolutely been instrumental in getting me moving again. Yes, PLEASE do more of these. I think i have done almost all your standing workouts and honestly, they're why I've become a member. 😊 As for the music, enjoyed most of it as workout music goes for sure, especially Unholy. That one's a "banger" as the kids say. 😂 I'm more of a 90's girl myself, (think just about anything from the Yellowjackets soundtrack), so i believe that's the first time I've heard that one. Lol My only teeny tiny criticism would be that sometimes the music drown out your voice quite a bit. Don't know if remixing is still an option at this point, but if so, maybe bring your voice up a little bit. Other than that, loved that you used some newer moves and overall a lot of fun. Thanks! ❤

I loved this workout! I discovered your channel last week and have been doing your workouts almost every day. Today I was emotionally drained after spending xmas day with my MIL who recently developed dementia and tired after cooking and baking for the family and this video put me in a great mood. The music is catchy and the moves are easy to follow. Next time I ‘ll add the weights!

This was so fun! I love a challenge but sometimes you want to move and just let your mind clear. This workout did that for me.
