    *geez this was amazing and i feel so strong! 285 active calories and 330 total calories and burning! used one lb wrist weights and three lb ankle weights! love all of the creative movements you bring to us!*

    Perfect for a busy day where I still wanted to fit something in! Great calorie burn with 3lb ankle weights and 3lb dumbells. Also picked up an 8lb weight for the good mornings at the end. ;)

    This was great! Uses ankle weights and lace ups. Burned 150 active 200 total! Added on booty band one after.

    Szia, nagyon szeretem a tornáidat! De ez kapkodás Mire belejövök, már váltás van. És sokszor megy a ritmus közé, mikor a zene cserélődik. Nem hosszú a fél vagy egy perc egy teljes gyakorlatra. Mert így az ember könnyen meghúzza magát. Jó gyakorlatok, csak nagyon kapkodva
