I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I loved this workout. After a surgery earlier this year, I have limited use of my arms, but this workout is effective even without any arms! Heart rate was up and sweat was on the exercise mat - done and dusted. Thanks Michelle!

I had a cold today- wanted to work out but not anything too " jumpy." Loved this one- and I did it with 5 pound ankle weights and 5 pound hand weights for most of the workout. Proud of myself. Thanks for always keeping it interesting.

I loved this low impact cardio, with the added bonus of core activation! 👍It's nice to do some steady-state cardio, too. My HR was up the whole time, and I got sweaty! 💦 I want to get some of those ankle weights! 😁

Wow...tougher than I thought. Had to remove the ankle weights at 70%, but then made it to the end. I'll have to work on this one. Thanks.

oh my soul I have never released my hips myself so easily in any stretch as in this stretch in this work out that was awesome!
