This STANDING ABS workout is FIRE! We target the waist and abs using cardio & toning moves. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning movements. This is a moderate pace, Standing Abs Cardio Workout. Add 1 lb. LaceUp wrist weights to increase the calorie burn and to challenge the abs even more. To sculpt and tone the arms we are using 3 lb weights during the arm section. All moves are 40 seconds with no rest, that keep you in a steady state cardio the entire time! We are moving to the beat to increase the burn! All moves are low impact with no jumping so it's easy on the knees.

Agreed this was and is a perfect home workout. I added ankle weights and did a 4th cardio round with 5 pound weights and moved at a slower pace.

Hi Michelle, I use your workouts all the time! Could you create a low impact, cardio workout that’s designed for us older women that might be a little slower tempo with a little less transition moves and also incorporate some strength? I know that’s a big ask, but I would love it and I’m sure others would too!! Thank you!!
