Dear Michelle i cannot thank you enough: i am 75 and have 2 athritic knees, but i was able to do all of it with only some pacing down. Highly recommended workout whatever your age or your knees condition! I felt alive and fit again !!!

Michelle, somehow you always slip in an exercise I've never done before, and this workout had more than a few! 😁Those were some really fun combinations, both on the strength and the cardio moves! 👍I'm so happy that I found you, and you've become a regular part of my fitness routine now. 🥰

One of the most challenging, sweat dripping, cardio pumping workouts. For someone who's intermediate to advanced in workouts it is often hard to find and up the ante. This one is it!
