Wow! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I needed a short workout that would kick my butt. I usually go for your repeat workouts more than the no repeats but this one did give me a good sweat and got me panting and wishing it was over soon 😂😂😂 Thank you so much for this awesome workout.
