    That was perfect! Absolutely perfect. I’m almost 57. Been working out my entire life and this was one of my favorites ! Covered every body part with movement and cardio! In 30 minutes! Thank you ladies

    Thanks for the redo of this, Michelle!! I really liked this one, and it is SO MUCH better with the cues! I like shorter workouts for my lifestyle, and this one is perfect!

    Doing this workout at 34 weeks pregnant! Feels fun, challenging, and makes me feel great to still be able to get awesome workouts in that are all standing / no laying down movements!

    I LOVE❤ your workouts all in one workout . Before I would search for separate videos for arm, legs and abs and cardio you have it all in one thank you so much ! I’m 56 and have been exercising regularly since I was 18 and at my age I can still keep up with your workouts!!❤

    great workout again! I liked it without your voice but it was better with your cues as I didn't have to watch as closely to see what you were doing. I double checked the first one - this truly was a redo! You added Liza this time! Perfect as usual

    I loved this workout: no repeat, standing, gentle on the knees and not putting me out of breath. To me it is a perfect set of exercises! Thank you!!!

    Wow! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I needed a short workout that would kick my butt. I usually go for your repeat workouts more than the no repeats but this one did give me a good sweat and got me panting and wishing it was over soon 😂😂😂
