*i do three of your strength training videos a week but have only done one RIP workout before this one and it kicked my butt! i do see how much stronger i am in many movements and i KNOW that this is the kind of stuff that changes your body! the triceps and biceps section were particularly challenging for me! my back seems to be my favorite area to train and of course, our legs are major powerhouses and are stronger than we think they are! takes a lot of discipline to do videos like this. 450 active calories and 565 total calories burned (and counting!) thanks for helping me start my saturday off right michelle!*

I want to learn you something on my side : the last day of october, by Halloween, I got an idea, for november ; I imagined the program ''50 squats and more for each day of the november's month''. Here how does it work : day 1 = 50 squats with some dumbells under shoulders ; day 2 = 55 squats ; day 3 = 60 squats ; day 4 = break ; day 5 = 65 squats ; etc. The decision to add dumbells comes from myself, to increase the difficult while the exercise. And I'll do an increasing number of squats (+5) until the day 30 (30 november). Other tricks do I use : many days a week, I eat a lot of rice, excellent to give energies ; you remember when we talked together that I drink often beet's juice. From now on, I go further with rice, spices and other good food. A great part of my motivation, especially for my program, comes by you : you're a very motivating sportive coach. Let's go for 30 days of increasing squat's program. And continue your workout Michelle.
