I also loved this workout. ❤ I don’t have ankle weights but still feel I got a good workout. The hardest exercise- the small circles while lying on your stomach. For some reason, I was out of breath 😂
*i think this may be the first time i’ve done the bicycle kicks! i really felt my core working during the floorwork and the standing moves were soooo much fun! i laughed at the end with you! i will be swinging my tail around all day long! 😂😂😂😂*

One of my favorites. I don't have ankle weights, but used light hand weights for the entire standing part. Please keep doing these standing abs cardio workouts!! Thanks.

Perfect workout for me today! I’m in the middle of moving and surrounded by boxes. It’s hard to find room for cardio. But this workout got my heart rate up while toning my arms, legs, and definitely working my core. Thank you Michelle!
