I used the angle weights on my angles and 2lb hand weight and I'm sweating bullets. I loved 💜this no jumping or lunges workout due to my tendinitis in my right knee. I made it through the whole video without stopping. Hope you incorporate more video like this thanks for sharing🙂

Many routines targeting these areas include moves that are just too difficult and I like to both work and enjoy my cardio simultaneously so I usually move on to something else. Please continue this style of cardio ❤️
