    This was just what I needed. I’m so proud of myself I’m finally doing better with my balance and remembering the moves. It’s a wonderful feeling to see my progress. I mean I’m still wobbly here and there but I’m getting there 😊. Thanks!

    Loved this one. Thank you. My favorite move was the side kick to single leg DD. I made it a little more challenging by keeping my knees lifted.

    Fantastic! I love the combination of light weights, compound movements, and yoga flows. Plus, it was almost a "no repeat" workout, which makes the time go by faster.

    I'm looking forward to trying this!
    Michelle, do you think I can build muscle from completing this workout regularly at home or do I have to lift heavy weights? I need to drop some fat and add muscle.

      As we age we need to lift weights to keep muscle mass...if you want to build you do NEED to go heavier. Everybody is different, take into account your diet, stress, sleep and your specific goals... I would do this workout 1X/week and add in two day of full body strength and some cardio, possibly HIIT to get the biggest bang for your time.
