As we age we need to lift weights to keep muscle mass...if you want to build you do NEED to go heavier. Everybody is different, take into account your diet, stress, sleep and your specific goals... I would do this workout 1X/week and add in two day of full body strength and some cardio, possibly HIIT to get the biggest bang for your time.

Loved this one. Thank you. My favorite move was the side kick to single leg DD. I made it a little more challenging by keeping my knees lifted.
