I was regularly doing your videos, then ruptured my ACL in April at a kickboxing class so haven’t been active due to surgery in June. I feel like I’m starting from scratch, but I came right back to you and modified where I had to. Happy to see the crew again!
Wow this was amazing, so good! My calves were burning during the standing chair section. I’m trying to get as many good workouts as I can before the 15th because I’m having four surgery and won’t be able to exercise for 2 weeks. Thank you for another amazing workout!!!!!!❤❤
Hey is 8:10 p.m. in Utah West Jordan and I did 30 minute 37 minutes and I had a 5-Hour day today as I have all week with work and I am good to go for taking a break I absolutely love this workout. My I've been trying to get tone to get my mommy poops to go down and every person in this whole video looks amazing and I have my mommy pooch to look at.. I also enjoyed the music so thank you for your videos
Love love love. Felt the burn and built up a great sweat. I seldom do barre classes in barre class studios because they are so ballerinaesque ( new word I just created) and these were easy to follow but not an easy workout and not dance oriented. Michele you rock , give us more like this; it was awesome!
Everything about you class, your video, your instruction- EVERY DETAIL was perfect. I felt like I was pushed and capable. And wasn’t annoyed by instruction or sound. It was amazing. I’m grateful you took the time to make and post these barre classes. Thank you. What a treasure for us.
Wow! This workout is not easy, and it felt great to try something new. I just recently lost my grandmother and I have been feeling emotionally distressed. I was looking for a new workout to help with my emotional tension. This workout challenged me, and it helped release some of the tension that has been building up. Thankful :)

Man, my first time doing this was a struggle bus!! I love it though. I do have to be careful with the stuff on the stomach, to protect my lower back- but it’s still doable! You are definitely a motivator!

I have been training for about ten years, I don't like isolation exercises as it burns like hell!! Girl, you killed me !! Loved the burn!
