    Thanks for adding a 30 minute range in this series. Excellent! I appreciate when you state the weight you are using for each exercise, as the reference saves me a minute, encourages me not to wimp out & reminds where I'm weaker than you. ❤️ For all you & the crew do.

    I absolutely loved this workout! I enjoyed doing 3 sets of each move for 30 seconds. This allowed me to use heavier weights. My heart rate definitely got up. Thanks so much!! 😅❤

    Another one to repeat and master. I found this challenging with 20 lbs as my highest weight. I appreciate the modifications on some of the moves. Thanks again for making your workouts hard.

    *holy moly what a burn! 451 active, 530 total calories and counting! hard rate really spiked through everything. also, i’ve been tracking workouts since 2023 and this is my 440th workout with you!!*

    Wow baby this was amazing!!! 189 active this is a large burn for strength for me in a short time!!!! I almost kept up with your weights !!!! Did 20 instead of 25 I feel strong like bull 🐂 ❤.

    Hi Michelle how you doing today it is frigid cold here in Michigan what is 17 °when I exercise I turn down the heat in my trailer do you really make me sweat I did it I made it through you're one full body strength workout menopause make me feel good when I work out with other workout people like mad fit they don't get me going like you do history about killed me but I did it I couldn't believe it okay Michelle you have a blessed day from Terri

      Thanks Terri! Love hearing from you all on how the workout is tough but you made it through! When we do things that challenge us that keeps us going physcially and mentally! I'm sure it is cold in Michigan. I grew up in North Dakota and it was so cold you plugged your car in at night so the engine wouldn't freeze up. Stay hot in that trailer!😘💪
