I absolutely loved this workout! I enjoyed doing 3 sets of each move for 30 seconds. This allowed me to use heavier weights. My heart rate definitely got up. Thanks so much!! 😅❤
Another one to repeat and master. I found this challenging with 20 lbs as my highest weight. I appreciate the modifications on some of the moves. Thanks again for making your workouts hard.

Wow baby this was amazing!!! 189 active this is a large burn for strength for me in a short time!!!! I almost kept up with your weights !!!! Did 20 instead of 25 I feel strong like bull 🐂 ❤.
Hi Michelle how you doing today it is frigid cold here in Michigan what is 17 °when I exercise I turn down the heat in my trailer do you really make me sweat I did it I made it through you're one full body strength workout menopause make me feel good when I work out with other workout people like mad fit they don't get me going like you do history about killed me but I did it I couldn't believe it okay Michelle you have a blessed day from Terri

I'm sure it is cold in Michigan. I grew up in North Dakota and it was so cold you plugged your car in at night so the engine wouldn't freeze up. Stay hot in that trailer!😘💪
