Thank you I needed this. I know I need this more often, but I’m a cardio junkie and have never been able to get into yoga, Pilates or Piyo even though I actually was certified and taught Piyo. Sad because I know how great the benefits are. I really need to work on that!
So what's holding you back? Cardio as we age will only break down the body and possibly eat at your hard earned muscle. I know this is difficult for so many of us women. We feel that we HAVE to do cardio to be healthy....If you want your body to look and feel it's best, focus on strength training, healthy diet with protein and fiber focus, but really just movement is good. Don't beat yourself up. Do what you can do and but always get curious as to what is holidng you back and create action to get to your goal! love you! Thanks for sharing your journey!😘
