I logged 1.78 miles. I used a 10lb. weighted vest for about 60% of the workout. This was a very low key, chill walk and was perfect to do after my lower body strength training workout. Thank you!

I did this one on the rebounder - had to make some modifications but it was fun and helped keep me focused ! love the low impact and it felt like a replacement for a walk since I didnt want to leave the house.
