Late comment, where I live it comes at night time so I do the exercises in the morning. I'm 68 and after working in a factory for more than 30 years my knees are not in a good shape,I usually follow your exercise with no problem but sometimes there are exercises that involve a lot of knee work like today. I had to quit half way through because my knees were screaming at me to stop ✋ I want to thank you for kipping me active since I found you two years ago 😊😊❤❤. I'm retired now so I need to exercise to kip myself active.
