    I was on the vacation for the past 12 days.. I did half of the workout, and after that I sat on
    the floor and cheered for them to finish the workout :)

    Just finish it. I wasn't able to do each 8 rounds but did my best. I probably did 40 minutes in all. I sweat like never. I'm affraid to be tomorrow...

      @@Name-uc3ck 그이후로 하루쉬고 계속하고있는데요! 근육통+플러스 몸살 앓은후에 엄청 편안하게 따라하고 있어요
      몸무게보다 눈무게로는 확실히 배에 선이 있어진것같아요 (아직 좀더 해봐야 알것 같습니다ㅠ.ㅠ)

      Excellent video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about - Dinanlinson Crazy Tactic Approach (do a search on google)? It is a great one off guide for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 after many years got cool results with it.

    So like many of us I’ve been quarantined since roughly March / April. I got out of a 6 year toxic relationship to focus on myself and my health. With fasting (eating only between 12-7) 1,400 calorie deficit, and doing this tabata and various others from Popsugar I am down 20 pounds in 2 months. You can do it! I’m so much happier and I can’t wait till I’m at my goal. I don’t stop here I just want to let you know you can do it too!

    Perfect workout from every angle -
    - Truly a full body workout that feels soo good
    - Energy throughout the workout was unreal. Paused my music so that I can listen to his voice

    I finally got to do this workout this morning. LOVED IT!!!!! I really really like working out with Ranier. I enjoyed the last video too. His energy helps me have more energy to keep going. I want more!!! would love to do more workouts with him.

    Raneir Pollard is my all time favorite out of anyone they've ever had on popsugar! He makes me laugh the whole way through and the workouts are killer! Can we see more of him please!! This workout in particular had me sore for FOUR days!

    great workout.. I actually did complete it. sweating as hell... I run regularly so wasnt that tuff... but if you can tell me please how many calories we burn.. I am 38 and my weight is 54.
