I got thru it... Anyone who got thru this workout is a straight Warrior 💪🏼... It was intense... So far today I have consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 541 calories... Today's smoothie is red cabbage cherries banana pineapple & flax oil... I'm taking the day off Thursday cuz I work night shift tonight... See You all Friday 🎉

It really was a great workout. I truly enjoy and appreciate it. Considering the amount of jogging and legwork involved, I feel that participants could benefit from more leg stretches mainly for the calfs, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Maybe offer a reminder to sip water as needed. It's a little extra love and care that goes a long way. ❤

Some days I’m able to go above & beyond, adding jumps, leaps, hops, really able to modify it up for intensity.
Today, I didn’t know if I’d finish pass round two. But I think that’s ok! This workout today taught me sometimes it’s ok to come & give 80%, or even less. I pushed through & completely it, even if it wasn’t the most perfect I’ve ever done!
