Had to take a couple longer breaks! But I did use my 25lbs for the triceps overhead press! That's a new weight for me! Thank you Michelle and our amazing crew!
Done! When we use heavy weights on compound moves that involve legs and shoulders, I always need to omit the shoulder pert or drop my weights down to a low weight. Shoulder issues are not fun... Thank you!

You really know how to get the most out of a workout in 35 minutes! The heavier weights and 40 & 50 second time intervals make this so challenging. Loved it!
That was an awesome workout! I think my favorite move was the off balance lunge and press. All of the moves were great. The weighted side plank with leg lift was tough! 1st day of this challenge crushed! I’m looking forward to day 2! Great job everyone! 😅💪❤️
