11/6/23 journal entry - sure was an intensely sweaty one! After doing 5 consecutive workouts of day 6 of the advanced trampoline 6 day challenge, I thought this one would be more challenging. I need to do more core/abs work at this time, so I hope to do more of those. Loved it and see that I need to work on loosening hips and hamstrings. THANK YOU! :)
That was my first over 45min workout of yours and it didn’t disappoint! I used 2kg ankle weights so the burn was REAL! (But also amazing) Keep up the great content michelle, you are the best start to every day and I have lost over 10kg thanks to you

I did this one twice this week and I loved it, the 2nd time I knew the moves and really worked the down bounce. I love having the membership so I can look at it and do it more than once .
