    Michelle,I am so impressed with all of your consistent and multiple continuous uploads of so many varieties of videos. They seem to come a few times a day!! Thank you. Fran has already replaced her Kangoo Boots with the Jumpsport and I am in the midst of the same. My body needs to get used to how safe it is and the higher intensity, but we are both looking forward to it. Again, thank you!! :)

    *over 700 calories burned with this one! the format of this workout is perfect. you got our heart rate up with the compound/cardio moves and then transitioned into the resistance moves with the booty band! this was my first time using one and i definitely felt the burn!*

    So glad I found this instructor I’ve done lots of online workouts but these are by far the best and cover everything I want in a workout so much that I’ve cancelled my 20 year gym membership where I have been a fitness instructor just to focus on doing these! That tells you how amazing theses
    workouts are and so much choice I’m obsessed😜X

    Amazing. I thought I’d be just waiting for this to end and constantly checking the clock because it was 60 minutes…. But no! Went so fast. I enjoyed it. Challenging and a great workout but not so hard that I hated it. Just perfect. You are masterful

      I usually say what weight I’m using just before we do the exercise it may have been anywhere from eight 1012 and possibly 15 pound dumbbells

    I loved this workout and the hour went so quickly! I did get a little confused toward the end because the timer switched from like 80%to 32% but I figured I wasn’t in a time warp and it would straighten itself out which it did 😊♥️

    Fabulous workout Michelle!! Really feel like you covered all the body parts with this one and certainly no time to get bored but the 20 seconds in between left enough time to sip some water!! Nicely done!!!

      Yes! Thank you! At first I wasn't sure about the 20 seconds as we typically do 15, but like you said gave you time to get water and really be prepared for the next move.
