I loved this workout and the hour went so quickly! I did get a little confused toward the end because the timer switched from like 80%to 32% but I figured I wasn’t in a time warp and it would straighten itself out which it did 😊♥️

I usually say what weight I’m using just before we do the exercise it may have been anywhere from eight 1012 and possibly 15 pound dumbbells
