That metabolic burn at the end was tough!!! We call lunge step in things lizard leaps. Love-Hate them. I will be doing your workouts a whole lot come June when my kids get out of school. Thank you for all you do!

What a wonderful training 💪 although the first half hour and the beginnings are always difficult and you have to hang in there. Training has helped me to increase my patience, discipline and feel better about myself.

WOW! Super intense, set a record for calories burned on a HIIT workout! It always cracks me up when I'm barely completing a move as demonstrated and you say "add a jump! lift your arm!" Maybe someday :)
Wow Michelle, that was a tough! That cardio got me at the end.🤪 I had to chuckle when you said it depends on your age how much you can handle😅. I am approaching 59 and I'm not gonna lie, the last 3 blasts on the last round, I was so out of breath, I finished with some core work. I haven't worked out like that for awhile.
