It's been months since I pressed play. I went from 5 days a week to nothing ...We had a sick older dog (doing much better) and currently training a new puppy! I been struggling 😔 I set my mind last night to press play this morning!! This was the best work out I could have come back to!!! ❤ Thank you so much! I hope I am BACK! 😊
I was going to save this to do Monday, but I decided to go ahead and do it today. I'm so glad I did because this workout was so amazing!!!!! I feel it in every part of my body. Thank you to you and your crew for another fabulous workout ❤❤❤!!!!!
That workout was AWESOME!!! Loved the no repeat and quick transitions. Had two sections where video froze, but used a timer to complete the moves and Had to FF the video a bit to next moves. Sweaty!, Thank you, Michelle!!!!❤🥵💪🔥

Another great workout Michelle! There was little water breaks on this one and I tried my best to endure but had to pause a few times for water. 😅 I really enjoy your challenging workouts!
Just did this workout. It was so good. Recommend using lighter weights than you are used to as some combo moves can be tricky. That core burner at the end was fire
Waited until I had enough time to do this one. So good. Still not able to hold up body weight due to tendonitis on elbow. I try forearms and light weights for that arm. Modifications always appreciated ❤

I though these would be easier than hiit cardio ones, boy I was so wrong. I found myself soaked 10 mins in and had to stop for longer rests a few times. What great workout. Thank you.

Waited until I had enough time to do this one. So good. Still not able to hold up body weight due to tendonitis on elbow. I try forearms and light weights for that arm. Modifications always appreciated ❤
