I didn’t think I was going to make it through, but the lady on the back in green really helped me see how I could modify and press on! Those end stretches were tricky but I feel so good now!

I just LOVE your workouts! I never get bored as there are so many to choose from! I really appreciate how you talk us through each move making sure we’re executing them perfectly. Sometimes, when you give us a pointer to adjust, I really feel the difference. So much better than those trainers who just offer silent workouts. Yours are SO much better. Also really love how you advise us on the Apple Watch setting for each workout. Thanks Michelle and team! ❤
