    Boy was my heart rate up on this one! This is another that tests endurance with no breaks. Very challenging for 30 minutes. Thanks again for making workouts hard. 😅

    This was a killer…!!!! How you do,those reverse lunges with the overhead reach is beyond me….!!!! You did inspire me to reach for the 15lb dumbbells today though ❤
