    Happy November team!! Get ready to fire up the ENTIRE body with this Full Body Workout! To get more out of your workouts....eat a good amount of protein, most women need close to 30 grams per meal! Get that sleep 7-8 hours, this helps you with making good decisions throughout your day. And take a few mini breaks during your day to manage your stress, that could mean 5 deep breaths, short walk, lie down, or anything that makes you feel good. Seriously your body will thank you for giving back! 😘Michelle

    *super creative compound movements and such a lot of great stuff packed into a 30 minute workout! 375 active calories burned and 471 total calories burned and counting! my heart rate really stayed elevated. this is day one of me taking creatine!*

    I loved this one, some heavy some not so. I can’t get a heavy weight over my head and lunge without my lower back tweaking. I do what I can and focus on that and not worry how heavy-at least I’m doing it

    Awesome 30 minute workout, just wondering if sometimes you can ask the girls what lbs they are using, I am hoping to get to your numbers but still struggling with that, so just curious what they are using😃
