Hi! It is just amazing! I can't imagine this type of strength! I am training your lessons with my girlfriend. I use only 1 lb dumbbells and I gave up after 17 minute mark! I feel disheartened that my arm are so weak 😟 My girlfriend did bicep curls with 15s!!

I love how "real" you are, using your driveway and garage - no affectations. You come across as a kind, genuine human being that one can relate to. Well done on being in the shape you're in. You're an inspiration! As for me, I work out 5-6 times a week, doing my best to keep as young and healthy as possible. I'm about 10 years older than you and grateful to be feeling great 🙂. *590+ total calories burned on this one! What I found really interesting today is that through the cool down, I realized that my foot/leg can “reach the sky” and i can lift it straight up. I don’t remember ever being able to do that and I had some limited mobility there. However, now that I started doing some of your mobility/stretching and flexibility workouts recently, I CAN!!! I also noticed more ease in some of the core movements that I’ve previously had trouble doing.*
How do you know? Smart Watch? Do you think it's accurate? I'm just wondering because I'm thinking about getting a Smart Watch for a while now but I'm not sure how accurate it can be in knowing how much calories I burnt if I do a workout like this one instead of going for jogging where you know that the GPS is helping to calculate and so on...THANK YOU❤ oh and also...can I turn off the Internet on a Smart watch and like only use it when I do sports?! Because I don't want to have that thing on my wrist the whole time knowing that all my datas are being sent to a company.
@@MelliBibLi*your calorie burn dependents a lot on height, weight, age, etc. I am turning 23 in two days and weigh about 170 pounds. I think my calorie burn is pretty accurate considering those factors and how hard I work in the workouts. I’m also 5’7”*
