    Hi! It is just amazing! I can't imagine this type of strength! I am training your lessons with my girlfriend. I use only 1 lb dumbbells and I gave up after 17 minute mark! I feel disheartened that my arm are so weak 😟 My girlfriend did bicep curls with 15s!!

    Brilliant workout, I find some hard, however I will get stronger with your help, I’ve followed you since last Jan when I broke my ankle, I have not come across anyone that matches you, I’m 60 sort of fit, I need to build strength that will make me run better. I really appreciate how you give different options, you are aware some of us may not be able to do certain movements, so you give different ways to make it easier.     Hello from South Africa, Michelle! I just completed this workout. I mix up your older and newer workouts all the time. I'm subscribed to a few workout channels, but you're my favourite. I love how "real" you are, using your driveway and garage - no affectations. You come across as a kind, genuine human being that one can relate to. Well done on being in the shape you're in. You're an inspiration! As for me, I work out 5-6 times a week, doing my best to keep as young and healthy as possible. I'm about 10 years older than you and grateful to be feeling great 🙂. I think we share a birthday - 19 September, but I could be wrong.

      Variety of weights. I'm using 8-15 possibly 20lbs. dumbbells.

    love love love this workout! Since my trampoline broke a couple of weeks ago I have been looking for some beat/music lead cardio and this was perfect. Do have any others to recommend? If not I would love to see some more of these workouts!! Thanks 🥰

    *590+ total calories burned on this one! What I found really interesting today is that through the cool down, I realized that my foot/leg can “reach the sky” and i can lift it straight up. I don’t remember ever being able to do that and I had some limited mobility there. However, now that I started doing some of your mobility/stretching and flexibility workouts recently, I CAN!!! I also noticed more ease in some of the core movements that I’ve previously had trouble doing.*

      How do you know? Smart Watch? Do you think it's accurate? I'm just wondering because I'm thinking about getting a Smart Watch for a while now but I'm not sure how accurate it can be in knowing how much calories I burnt if I do a workout like this one instead of going for jogging where you know that the GPS is helping to calculate and so on...THANK YOU❤ oh and also...can I turn off the Internet on a Smart watch and like only use it when I do sports?! Because I don't want to have that thing on my wrist the whole time knowing that all my datas are being sent to a company.

      @@MelliBibLi*your calorie burn dependents a lot on height, weight, age, etc. I am turning 23 in two days and weigh about 170 pounds. I think my calorie burn is pretty accurate considering those factors and how hard I work in the workouts. I’m also 5’7”*
