*this format was absolutely amazing! i love the extended stretches and my body feels almost 100 percent recovered from the rip workout i did saturday with you! i am in the best shape of my life and there’s still more change and results to come thanks to you and the consistency! 400 active calories burned and about 500 total calories burned and counting!*

Nice to be using weights again. We have been on vacation for 10 days. I did get a couple equipment free workouts in, but have missed weights. This was tough and just what I needed.
This one is definitely one to refer back to, it was fabulous!!! The format, the choice of exercises, the intervals. So perfectly choreographed- thank you for all the progressions…. You know us so well hehe ❤

I still can't jump my legs back in the burpee so I stepped them back, and I just held the beast position with a couple breaks because I can't do the kick through move. I'm going to rest for a little while and then go do your new low impact cardio workout. Thank you for another amazing workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

I've been getting comments on my triceps and back, and I'm thrilled to be building muscle in my 40s! I did have one note on today's stretch: My yoga teacher, who's been practicing for about 50 years, taught me that it can be hard on the lower back to go directly from arching to rounding it, as you were doing in camel to child's. She recommends a twist in between.
