I love this workout - great challenge. Would love more ‘yoga hiit’ like this - especially the longer length (around 45/50mins) really allows you to get into it properly. I struggle with too many heavy weight workouts due to some injuries so this type of workout still really gives me a challenge. Please do more of these Michelle and crew! Thanks 😊

This was such an incredible workout. The challenge of it kinda snuck up on me! You have a such a gift for creating fun and different workouts. I love that your focus is never on how the body looks or the calories burned but rather celebrating our bodies and taking care of them through movement

This was awesome as per usual! I was sweaty yet I didn't feel too cardio-ed out! I love this because it was yoga mixed with strength training! I feel like a princess warrior lol!
Used this work out today to complete my 500 days straight of meeting my exercise and move goals per my Apple Watch. I exercised 30 minutes or more per day(yes even when I was in a boot) for 500 days straight despite being a mom and a nurse at a busy urgent care
Celebrate 🎉! I’m so inspired by your dedication, and love that you used the word movement. So many times we forget that we just need to move (not necessarily exercise) our bodies to feel good. 👍🏼up to Apple Watch too. Sometimes technology can be helpful.💯💯💯❤️

Heidi you'll be just fine on that trampoline. Just don't jump HIGH or you will fall off. Glade you loved the Yoga HIIT. I have to say I did a great job!
I love your workouts, and have been doing them for several years now. So firstly, thank you! But I have to say, the 30 second UNSKIPPABLE ads right in the middle of the workouts, (several times) is annoying. I get that it’s a free workout, and that’s why I started following you, but I still think it messes up my flow. I know it’s not necessary to place ads in the middle of a video, as other creators that I follow for free of charge, do not have them.
You should feel amazing after this workout...a great sweat and a totally body workout that didn't put impact on the joints! Great job!! 💪💦💯
