I love your strength workouts! Been looking around at other channels, but they all seem to focus too much on being an “influencer” and not enough on creating a good workout. It helps so much that you give cues during the workout instead of just showing the move with only music playing. I just got an adapter for my dumbbells to make them a bar so I would love to see a workout with a barbell someday!
After 2 weeks (!) of not working out, due to the busyness of Christmas, I came back with this one. Great way to get back into it. I feel soooo much better!

Those "hot mess burpees" were definitely a hot mess for me. I am so glad I finished to the end, even though I did half the time for most of the moves. So challenging, but fun. I'd do it again. Thank you. You're awesome. And I appreciate the positive words especially at the end.

This waorkout was so tough, but so amazing! I realky needed this after having a horrible couple of days, and not being able to workout. Thank you so much to you and your crew for everything❤❤❤!!!!!
Ok Michelle, this has to be one of my very top FAVORITE workouts of yours! ❤💥It had all the right moves, and everything flowed together perfectly. I liked repeating each circuit 3 times, by the 3rd time I had all the moves down, and the 3rd round was the best round! 👍I'll be looking forward to coming back to this awesome workout again and again. 😁
