That was amazing! I used HIIT by accident, but I would call it HIIT for sure! Burned 149 calories in 20 minutes hitting all the body parts and sweating my bootie off!!
20 minute workout is amazing - helps me get it done! I also really appreciated the pace and level of this one. Some are too hard for me to do, but this one was a good challenge without me feeling like I couldn’t complete it.❤
Love the short ones so I can do multiple formats in the same session. Warmed up with Tuesday's 15 minute trampoline & then slide into this one. Great combo!
*didn’t workout this morning because i was tired BUT i wanted to make sure i did a strength video before i went to bed and boy am i glad i did! i loved the movements in this one and evening workouts are ones where i feel a lot stronger anyway. 138 active calories and 175 total calories and burning!*

I love your workouts, but I don't understand no warm up or stretch when you otherwise stress their importance. I'd rather do the same work in a 30 minute video that included them.
