    I caught a cold for the new year and wanted some gentle movement today. I put together the pilates, yoga and foam rolling from the 12 days of fitmas and it was perfect for a tired and achy body. Thank you, yet again, Michelle for always having what I need. Merry Christmas and Happy 2024!

    *today was one of those unplanned recovery days that i desperately needed! finally got a foam roller because of you. yes, painful right now but i’m sure my body will get accustomed to it! i was super tight today!*
