What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions ruclips.net/user/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

Thank you Lindsay Bushman! I've been doing this routine for years now. I have palindromic rheumatism so I find that many exercises that I used to love (lifting weights, running and even swimming) can cause me to have pain on the following days but not this workout :-) , so I highly recommend it for people suffering from PR or rheumatoid arthritis. Although I only weigh 70 kg, I've also destroyed about three creaky-spring mini-trampolines, so I also recommend paying extra for a big elasticated one instead (like the Domyos Fittrampo900). This is fun workout and obviously gets easier the more you do it. I've watched it so many times that now I just turn the sound down and stick on some loud bouncy house music - just follow the visual cues. Enjoy!
Bring it down to a walk in place if needed until you catch your breath. Keep video going. Then, when you can breath again, join back in. Keep going like this until the end. This way, you are exercising for the full 30 minutes and will increase your stamina more quickly.
Love this workout. After going through health issues over past 2 years been trying to build up muscle tone. This will definitely help. Love the pace, the energy , consistant movement and fun of it all. Keep up the great work!!

Listen I’d like to think I’m in shape. Went to the gym everyday before quarantine and decided to get a mini trampoline after seeing this video to help stay in shape. So far I can only make it 25 mins but I’m slowly moving up from where I started at 20. Great workout! Really gets my heart rate going!!
I tried this about a month or so ago and couldn’t get through the circuits without taking at least a five minute break in between .. I don’t even think I finished the workout.. this time I only had to take one sit down break, and did the entire workout without feeling like my chest was going to collapse in on itself.. I can’t get through the entire workout without breaks yet, but I’m so insanely proud of my progress so far.. rebounding is no joke..
I just got all the way through this video for the first time. It's my third or fourth time attempting it, and I've ended up face down on my hallway floor dizzy and nauseous. I made it this time! Thanks for the video!

Great cardio workout GymRa! I'm not at the top of fitness by no means, but I barely break a sweat in most rebounder workouts. However, this workout was a challenge. My heart rate was up and I'm drenched....I almost quit! Keep up the work for the guys that need a challenge!

Most I've sweat in any other rebound workout haha. Round of jumping up onto the trampoline was the hardest for me! But worth it. Took some small breaks while my toddlers wanted to jump but worked even harder after! Thanks

I'm 76 so I doubt I could even attempt this, awesome workout though. Do you have a routine for the geriatric crowd? Very impressive. I exercise every day but; this is way over my ability. I might try 10 min segments until I get stronger. I love the idea of low impact.
