Just found this today. I am fairly new to the rebounder and have been doing an introductory 11 minutes (not every day though). So glad I found this and I hope I can shed a few pounds!! I am 77 so don’t feel I have to be competitive and I do what I can with the stabiliser. I did manage the full session albeit modified!! Thank you very much Kat. I think I will be sticking with you ❤️.
This was a great workout!!! but it cannot possibly be for beginners. It was intense. my legs are so sore right now. I will definitely be doing this workout again.

Also new to rebounding and loved the workout, BUT you started out in 4th-5th gear instead of a slower pace, and then working your way up. Starting a workout in 5th gear is NOT a "beginner's" pace for any kind of exercise or workout!! Thanks nevertheless!

I liked it. The instructions helped. The moves were basic but challenging. I did the full time and am dripping sweat. Thanks! Nice to know even the instructors get off balance a bit sometimes

Is there a workout for pre-beginners? I can't keep up with this. I enjoy doing what I can but it moves along way too fast. My mind can't keep up with the speed of the callouts either.

I am very much a beginner to rebound, but not to hard cardio workouts. I could only manage 20 min as I am getting used to the rebounder and my balance on it. My rebounder has a bungie system and I have it on it's firmest setting and it is still not as firm as the ones used in this video, so I could not time my bounce to match the video, I was always behind the beat. But needless to say it is an awesome workout and can't wait until I have built up my endurance to do the whole 30 min.
I have a question. I have an UR. Right now it is in room in my house that is room temp...not heated but the room beside is. I haveto move sometime soon and I have a place offered to me but it is an efficiency apartment. I won't be able to afford any other place. So I will not have an extra room for my rebounder. Can this handle being outside in teens and 20s temps in our winters? Ice, snow and sleet?

Try Francesca's 18 minute workout or Anika's beginners workout - they are both a bit more gently I think! Happy Bouncing

I have scoliosis can i use trampoline?
This def not for beginners, no break? I broke it after 20 min, that was too much for me and i do rebound daily for 2 months now.

Also a beginner cannot keep going for a 20 minute session.
They need to do 10, 15, 20 minute sessions for beginners to build up to longer sessions.
