I've been having some breathing problems (nope is not coronavirus lol is due to a muscular problem) and i was looking for something chill to do and i found this. Im still pretty much a novice on this and i had to stop a couple of times but i loved this work out. Way to go Nicole!!

This was such a great workout! I have hip impingement so this one worked well for me. It is a nice break from all of the lunges and squats that most workouts have. I get tired of those and I wish there were more like this one. Thank you, Nicole and Gymra!

I realized at the beginning of the exercise I've got a pain in one of my groin. It's was there all along but didn't realize. My body is a mess I don't need any more pains🤣🤣🤣 How the hell do I get rid of it?. It's so painfull
