Oh my god. Ive been a runner for years, and recently began lifting, but THIS is like no workout ive ever done before. In my opinion, its harder than running and lifting workouts. I can't get 2 minutes without needing a pause.

Your workouts have been a godsend. Ive been doing them with my 22 year old daughter also a big fan for about 6 months. Little by little life's getting better. 11:15 I’m not sure if I was doing this move correctly because I didn’t feel it in my core. I felt more on my my upper side as I crunched and my supporting arm on the ground. Is that right? LOVED the whole session. Definitely challenging so I know it’s all worth it. I did this workout after doing Chloe tings 2022 weight loss challenge for a couple days. This was very refreshing workout. I always try to find different workouts and always come back to your page when I need to re align my body/posture and target/sculpt. Your workouts are so good and even your intense ones that make you sweat like crazy are refreshing and leave you feeling/looking great.

Thank you for another great workout. I felt pushed to the limit but it felt great five minutes after finishing! The stretch-out at the end was really helpful to get the right parts stretched.

Hi Nicole Im an avid pilates reformer client but sometimes like to do mat/floor pilates which my pilates club only includes minimally. Tried your core/ab video workout for first time today and found it challenging and effective. Thank you. I also believe pilates is the way to stay in shape for any age group and keeps you younger as you grow older. I'm 66 and can't ever imagine not practicing pilates in my lifetime.

I always combine your ab workouts with my weight training, but my arms are always sore after weight training. I used to be on a good track to being a bit more healthy, was lifting weights and was feeling quite happy with my progress. Then i got vertigo and was not able to do much for a while, and then got anemia. Great times ✨ I’m trying to get back on tracks with your workouts and boy I have a lot to go until I reach where I was. Thank you for your workouts 🌟

Sadly, my wrists hurt a lot when i have to do any exercises that require for my hands to support my weight like in plank position (i have a healthy weight). This is my first Pilate workout and I felt amazing afterwards. I always felt that core workout was my weakest because i always strain my neck and did not feel like I targeted my core as I should. However, this felt relaxing and made me realized that i prefer more calming exercises.

If anything, this workout is a reminder of why overall body strength is important. Strong shoulders, wrists, and balance are key here.

I was wondering if it was possible to show some wrist friendly moves or some instructions how to do pilates right when u have sensitive wrists? it's really limiting my workout, because i get lot of pain and i do try to alter the moves the best i can, but would like to hear from a pro.
