Yes, these outer thigh raises definitely burn! You can also try adding a resistance loop to some of the exercises or just do my Outer Thigh Loop Extreme workout which I uploaded the other day :)

My outer thighs used to be an area I was really insecure about, but not anymore! Also, it's now my strongest area because of these focused workouts. Thanks girl!!
The loop would have made some of these exercises burn like crazy! I find that using the loop helps me to keep my form on point too. Hey, next time ankle weights and loop!!! :)
Yes! It was a bit awkward for some of the exercises because it rolled up, but I didn't feel like switching to the band. I was thinking the same thing about adding ankle weights next time : ) it's like a brand new workout/challenge when I use different equipment, range of motion, etc like you show us.
Can you imagine that I had to abandon bums and tums because I was feeling some serious burn after doing your brand new workout which you shared yesterday... So anyhow I wanted a challenge so I tired this one with weight (5lbs) and when the burn got too intense I traded them for 3lbs... I can't believe I could hardly do this workout a couple weeks back and then I felt crazy enough to try weights after I warmed up for about twenty minutes and doing another workout before I tried this...I definitely realise that once I'm warm enough to attempt these workouts that require extreme flexibility and muscular fatigue i will get the most from these workouts

Very good exercises, but when you get to the other leg (second half of video), rewind and do part one again because exercises and counts are off and you always want to make sure that what you do with one side, you do exactly the same with the other.
I know i'm late in finding this workout but who cares if it works right? Love it! Going to try it every day for a week and see what happens. My outer thighs or rather that hanging bit of fat underneath is the only part of my body that is so resistant to change and hangs on for dear life.

What a workout ! I had to make some regular 10' stops to go at the end. I will be very proud the day when I do this fire workout with none. I use to workout with weights, to do some hiit but no workout do that effect to me.. I wonder whether your exercises would not be the right type of exercices I should practice to lean my laaarge flabby legs and get rid of a part of this ugly cellulitis. Any comment ou experiment on that point ?

I've just discovered your videos and they are amazing.😍 I did this exercise tonight, my legs still burning. But there is a problem. You're doing very different repetitions on the two legs. Would not it be better to add a counter?
Thanks so much! I'm happy you are enjoying my workouts. It is very hard to count at the same time as instruct and because I film these workouts live without a lot of edits I just go with burn factor rather than repetitions. This works because a lot of the time you are already contracting the supporting leg even whilst working the moving leg, so when you switch sides the second leg starts burning more quickly. If I was you I would just switch sides and start with a different leg each time you do the workout. Also, I have quite a few workouts that are based on time intervals rather than repetitions so you could do those as well if this bothers you. 😊

It depends on what your goals are. If you need to lose fat then you would probably need to either do cardio or some sort of hiit training at least 2-3 times a week, but if you just want to strengthen and define your muscles then these workouts are great. 😊

yes, that area is very reluctant to get toned, but these mat exercises do work wonders. 😀
