It is a lot of reps! Although, many of my workouts probably have close to to that many reps anyway, but more variations so the lactic acid doesn't add up so quickly 😊

I was SO excited when I saw that you added this workout! I'm always looking to work my outer thighs and this was PERFECT! I will be coming back to this one often and maybe eventually even adding some ankle weights to it. ;-)

haha, I am a bit of a masochist! It is tough even without. As a point of interest, this is the most popular of all my videos in China. The Chinese girls all say they lost inches doing these exercises 😀

Day 1 stop for 50 times once feel the butt burning hope I can keep doing this till my thighs looks tighter Day 2 finished and I tried 0.75x speed to do the knee to toe workout to make sure I did it right instead of did it fast👍🏻thanks Linda! Day 3 finished! Feel butt burning after this workout but feel easier to keep up. Day 4 finished!! Finally can do knee to toe workout without any stop. Keep practicing and I believe all is coming. Day 5 another day finished!! Feel easier!! Day6789finished!💪🏻

Yes, I have a channel on Bilibili too. It does target the glute medius, side part of the glutes too, so it is normal to feel it there.

yes, they are all connected and sometimes the weaker areas feel it more 😊
