Love these lower body inner thigh workouts on the mat!!! This one is a KILLER. It’s insane how I only feel the inner thighs working with those unique moves! And I don’t even have to stand up or do plie squats like in most workouts. Amazing content ❤️

Used this one as an add-on to your Chest and Shoulder Strength cause I wanted to have an hour long workout as I usually but do but at the same time wanted to give my upper body a little rest 😊 aaaand of course it's always a good idea to work your inner thighs 😁. Love this workout a lot cause when you preview it it creates an illusion of doing almost nothing 😁 just relaxing on your mat hahaha. Thanks for my enjoyable morning, Linda!

@Lynda Wooldridge .my inner thighs were also on fire.just have one question do i need to feel a calf cramp when doing the inner circles? becouse that's what I felt and then I had to shake me calf so it wouldn't cramp anymore.or did I do it wrong ? becouse I did feel my inner thighs burn? anyways I liked this workout .keep bringing some more girl
Hi, maybe instead of pointing your toe try to flex it or just keep it relaxed. Some people find pointing too long cramps their calfs? Hope that helps :)
Great workout! Love all your videos. Just a quick question. When i did the first exercise with spreading legs out wide and criss crossing, my hips make a grinding noise. It happened also at the end when you do raised leg circles. I find that if i dont spread my legs as wide my hips won't grind/pop. Does that mean i am tight? any advice on how to loosen up so i can be comfortable doing those legs exercises? Thanks!
Everyone's level of flexibility is different so if you find your hip popping just don't spread your legs as wide. With time you may become more flexible if you focus on stretches for the inner thighs, but the main point of the exercises is to engage and feel the inner thigh muscles so it isn't really necessary to spread your legs really wide if you can do it at a narrower angle. 😀

love your workouts, but a lot of these (laying on the back with legs out) hurt/made me overuse my hip flexors, so be careful if you're a dancer/runner/etc
Your hip flexors will definitely get stronger with time. I used to feel them too at first, but now they have strengthened so I feel it in all the right places. Just listen to your body and perhaps keep your legs a bit higher so as to not overuse your hip flexors. 😁
It's very hard to say because it depends on so many different factors. This type of workout isn't about a high calorie burn, it is more about sculpting the muscle. It might burn around 150 as a rough guess.
Hi, it isn't damaging. Mine do it too sometimes. I find if I turn my foot out more it stops it so maybe you can find a position for your foot of leg where it does it less. So for example you might want to move your whole leg out from the centre more or closer to the centre - do some experimenting.

if your main problem area is outer thigh you don't need to do the inner thigh one, but for a shapely thigh all the way around do both!

I can't do the lift circles so can I do four sets of leg lifts?
yes, you can modify where ever necessary. 4 sets of leg raises would be equally effective.

I thought that by doing these exercises slower you would get a better result as you lose more of the acid in your body that helps you burn more fat?
I feel the burn more when I do higher reps. If you want to slow it down go ahead and see if your results are better.
