The most intense, multidimensional ab workout ever. It hits every part of your stomach. I had to take small breaks in between, it was hard especially since I've switched to a tougher band loop. Great challenge ab workout!

Loved all the varieties you used in resistant bands. I usually put the video on hold for a few seconds for certain workouts. This way I can rest, then start video, and perform the movements as shown properly. Technique is more important for me then to follow your timing. Thank you for providing a thorough and awesome workout!

You're welcome! You can tie a resistance band into a knot instead of using a loop, that can be even harder because there is more latex and you can make the loop as tight as you like! :)

Do you know what Linda means in Spanish? It means NICE and this is not a nice workout, this is real torture, a painful way to understand that it never gets easier if you want to be stronger. I LOVED IT!!!

Yes, I love working abs so I can just keep going and going. I spent a lot of time picking all the components to go in my studio so that they were exactly what I wanted. That lamp is really cool when it's on. At night it gives a light almost like candles, it's very soothing. :)
Mini is a little miss, she doesn't like to be moved so I have to work around her. She is back in bed after her breakfast of salmon this morning because it is quite cold in the mornings here in Perth WA :)

Ha ha! Yes, these loop extreme ones are quite brutal! You will get stronger though and then you can go onto my double loop non-youtube series! Now that one is torturous 😁
She was a naughty noodle in this one. She get's a bee in her bonnet that she just has to go outside so she will literally harass me until I let her out. I also have a fake tree in the studio and she loves to climb that when I am filming - not good seeing the branches are made of styrofoam!

More ab vids please! Do you have any tips to target my midsection? I’m a swimmer and regular cross train with running, barre, Pilates and weights but now in my mid 30’s (no kids) am struggling with a muffin top despite being so active. Tips?
It's a tough area to target, but the best exercises are oblique style ones such as pretzel exercises, broomstick exercises and any exercises that involve crunching your upper and lower body together sideways - so oblique crunches. I would say barre pretzel can't be beaten for muffin top.
Hey Linda great workout enjoying all of your videos I seem to be having problems when have to move band/loop above my knee on any if your moves that require above the knee? I am not sure if it's my loops or just my legs? I have thick thighs they are at least firming up but I have problems with the band twisting than I end up with bruises from the loop tension twists on my upper outter thighs it hurts 😔 and not like the burn good hurt its like a painful bruise hurt lol I use everlast loop/bands and still only on the light tension as still new with resistance training. Do you or anyone else have any advice for me to get the loop to stop twisting or a trick can do so stop getting bruises 😔
Hi Stevy, I am so glad you are enjoying my workouts. The loops are notorious for twisting up, but the heavier loops actually do it a lot less. Even though it is harder resistance, they stay in place better. The other trick I could recommend is to get 2 kitchen sponges, the large flatish ones and put them under the loop on the outside of each thigh. mine took a while to break in. I have 3 different strength levels. Now I can even use the heaviest without it feeling too tight to stretch. It was quite a transition moving from the latex loops to the fabric ones. They will make you a lot stronger.

the band does engage the legs and lower abs work often works the hip flexors so they can tend to take over at times. You would still definitely have worked the abs too though 😁

the heavier the resistance in the band the less likely to snap. I got mine from Amazon from a company called Toplus, but even if you buy a set on ebay you can use the heavier ones and they should be ok, I snap mine all the time as well so I always have spares available 😊

Can I do this with ankle weight instead of the loop? I just hate loops so much cause it never stays in place and I get super annoyed🙈😂
sure you can, but if I was you I would invest in some fabric booty bands. They do not budge. I hate the latex ones now too.

I find the side raise very difficult and I am using my back rather than abs
There will always be a bit of back involved as well. I would try the option with bent legs instead or just raise the top leg. 😀
