Working obliques and lower abs is my favorite!! This was fantastic! I hardly ever use a heavy weight for abs so this is great to add to the rotation! My obliques will most definitely be sore tomorrow. I think my favorite exercise was in the lunge position and you went down to the side, raised up, and did two twists. One day, another barre inspired strength series with long times like this would be awesome 😄 Thanks for another fun and effective workout!! I seriously always have fun and totally enjoy my workouts thanks to you. I'm absolutely loving all of your new material!!
Yes, it's a good way of changing up abs exercises by adding in some heavy weights. I had some sore obliques after filming this one. I'm so happy that I am helping you to enjoy your workouts! I always pick my workouts by enjoyment factor and effectiveness. Even if a workout is really effective, if it has no variety and is boring I tend not to use it again! 😊
quite literally THE best ab workout I've ever experienced! I felt my muscles engaging as you gave enough time for each move, my neck didn't ache like with typical ab workouts and best of all, it wasn't hurtful for diastasic recti. Thank you, Linda!

Thank to so much again Linda I'm in love with all your workouts this one was amazing with the side bends with weight took my other hand and held my stomach to make sure was holding in that belly button, helped with me not pulling myself back up with my none weighted arm and kept my posture up core strong and engaged 🤗🤗 felt like superwoman with the pilate band pull and heavier weight above head sit ups 😁😁 Those were my favorite but noticed major difference on side need to works on my right side a lot wow maybe extra reps to strength it a bit more 😁
Ha Ha, super-woman! Yes, doing single sided moves is a great way to see where you have imbalances so you can work on them. I'm really happy you are enjoying my workouts and I hope you get some great results with them 😁

It's the best Balance workout that I have although many instructors do tend to over look Balance. Shout out to everyone to buy this gem on eBay!Now for Strength Abs. It's hard to say. There are a lot of oblique exercises which would probably be fine, but you might want to use lighter weights or no weights and make sure you are always tucking your hips slightly forward and holding your lower belly in strongly. If there is discomfort while you are working out then stop. And obviously it is important to be cleared to do exercises like this by your doctor. This is a more advanced abs workout.

Even though it is core, you use so many other muscle groups too. I love isolating and also training one side at a time evens out imbalances 😊
