Fantastic workout - great for shoulder mobility also & with the arms overhead much of the time, good cardio element too! Obliques are my weakest link, so they thank you. Might not be able to move tomorrow, though.

Mine was just from a local supermarket in the cleaning section. It usually has a brush attached which I unscrewed. You should be able to get them in most places that sell cleaning implements

Absolutely fantastic workout! Love it so much! I am still doing your previous broomstick workout, now there will be one more on my favs list. It was fun doing it, although I know I would feel it tomorrow - shoulders, back and waist line for sure, probably it would hurt to laugh. This was great! I have scoliosis and twisting is very difficult for me but the broomstick kept me aligned. I’m gonna feel the burn tomorrow.
