You are so right about the money thing. Many medical Dr's just want to treat the symptoms not the cause. I was 60 when my practitioner and myself thought maybe I had covid again as I felt like death warmed over 🤢 but found out about the D deficiency and that was the issue. Don't know where you live but the further away from the equator the more deficiency some people have and then many of us work at night 🌙 and or indoors making it worse. I found Dr. Eric Burg on line and have watched hundreds of his videos and learned about the importance of K2m7. Glad you found out about your case while you were young! I’ve struggled with vitamin D deficiency for years. I thought I was dying and no one knew what it was. About Five years ago my vit d level was 9. Doctor said he didn’t know how I was able to walk. I had been sick for many years. Even though I finally figured it out and started taking supplements, my level has never gotten above 29. I’m a lot better. But now I have a damaged heart and an auto immune disease that will always give me problems. So I take 5k iu a day plus all the other supplements. I think my body can’t absorb it properly. I have a Reptile UV light that I use - it generates vitamin D like the sun. A regular tanning bulb won’t .

hey there - thanks for reaching out . since youve been low in vitamin d before i would think those symptoms your having is related - person low in this vitamin can experience anything - you do have to supplement for the rest of your life by taking anywhere between 5k to 10k of vitamin d a day - i cant say if vitamin d will help but vitamin d is a vitamin that suppresses inflammation and sinus issues and breathing issues are signs of inflammation in the body. so i would think vitamin d can help you but magnesium should be taken here as well along with vitamin k2 . also ensure your not eating any thing that could be cause these issues for example dairy is a prime example of a food group that can cause sinus issues -so a clean diet is also important- thanks again for reaching out - let me know if you have anymore questions or what you'd like to see a video on in the future 😊

I had scarlet fever and triggered an uncontrolable fever of almost 107. After years of specialists they all agree this was what likely triggered the auto immune disease. Ive been sick my entire life and have had covid three times fully vaxxed. I already take the magnesium and have been for years and was taking 10k D3 for the last two years post my first covid infection. I also am anemic so I take feosal daily. @DillanRichardson.  Год назад +3

@@momzillainnova ok thanks for sharing- so your 52 - and you said your anemic - let me suggest getting your stomach acid levels checked as this may be one the reason you are not absorbing your nutrients .low/ weak stomach acid cannot break down your nutrients. just look with your doctor into your digestive system - think you should start there.now as for the vitamin d - there is a gene in the human body that can mutate and make us more resistant to vitamin d if you have this gene it would explain why your vitamin d is not working - but it simple means you have to take more in order to get the effect - for example 30k plus . this gene is called VDR gene. i would like to thing that you are eating healthy - just some extra tips - to remove refine carbohydrates like bread and pastries - limit or eliminate dairy -and 100% cut out processed oils like soy canola ect and use olive ,coconut or butter or beef tallow for your cooking fats - the diet i live by is a meat and fruit diet which make me feel like a super human. this diet keeps inflammation low and it a natural diet so your body recognizes the food being eaten -eating healthy is vital.

Hi Dillan, let me tell Yoel my story shortened. When I started complaining of extreme lethargy, I was told it was my age, I'm ore- menopausal, I'm working too hard. I had all the symptoms you had and then some. Eventually they checked and my Vit.D was only 15. I started on the high dose 50,000 IU/ week for 3 months but felt no better; worse even, my results showed no change. Eventually, after many, many complaints and many changes of doctors and specialists, I was diagnosed with hyper parathyroidism. I eventually had a parathyroidectomy. 6 months later, I still have significant lethargy. Most of my symptoms have decreased but have not gone away completely, except the bone pain. I've increased my Vit. D to 10000 IU daily, added 200mcg K2-m7, magnesium and I will add omega 3. I did feel like I was dying a very slow and prolonged death and the Doctor's tried to make me feel as if it's all imagined. This only made me angry but it made me push harder to find out what was wrong with me. On several occasions I was offered anti-depressants. I refused it every time. Thank God.
I am recovering but it's a very slow road most people don't understand
    Thank you for this video

omg this vitamin d deficiency is real and im soo sorry for all you went through - the surgery and everything - please stay strong - you are not crazy - this thing i real - i know - ive been there . just continue your supplementation - you have it correct in terms of supplements - what you can do as well is eating little to no process foods so that the body can recover faster - stay well ❤

its going to be different for everyone i had bone pain not muscle pain , my bone went aways after 5 months - you got to continue supplementing though - if you stop supplementing thinking because your levels are up all your symptoms will come back.so you can never stop supplementing - you level should be about 80 59 still too low for persons with the deficiency. hope this helps ❤

i would recommend for you take 10,000 IUS of vitamin d3 daily along with magnesium gyclinate and vitamin k2 - you can find vitamin d3 with k2 online. basically what ive found you gotta take them for the rest of your life, because my research shows the stopping the supplementation for 1-2 or 3 months all the symptoms will come back , so you gonna have to take it religiously. any further questions let me know !

It's a long sluggish recovery,I was at an 18 in 2019 I noticed I started feeling extremely horrible with heartburn I could not keep my food down,so bad that I couldn't even hold water down,I would end up dehydrated cause I would have to throw up everything for relief I ended up having digestive issues, constipation and lots of loose stool which did not help at all, started getting bad headaches, blurry vision and then it turned for the worse I started getting panic attacks, anxiety so bad my hands and feet would sweat and feel cold,I woke up with bad vertigo, unable to walk unbalanced,my heart would race for any little movement I started to forget things I had to do or even say,the lethargic part with the vertigo would get me the most, felt like I was about to pass out I had to ge to bed and just close my eye, sleeping was hard to my mind would just keep going! I had t sleep against the was cause I felt I'd tip off the bed my back and sternum hurt so bad! I never thought this would be caused by having low vitamin D! But I'm recovered after 2 years everything is completely gone I ended up on 50k a week for the months now I'm taking 10 everyday and try and get sun and eat better! TRUST ME! You'll recover be strong and surround urself with people who truly love u and do what makes u happy it'll help u!
