I found out about my severe vitamin D deficiency in March and in two months my levels went upto 33 ng from 7. I am aiming for 55ng.I started with 4K IU of d3 then went on to 10k IU along with magnesium, Vit K2, fish oil. It was life changing! I also had to correct my severe B12 and iron deficiency with shots and infusions respectively.I took a zinc + b complex capsule too. I also made some dietary changes by limiting dairy, gluten and sugar. I am a different person now. I used to have extreme hair fall, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, poor balance, bone pain, weak teeth, numbness in my toes, lack of concentration , poor memory, depression, anxiety and brain fog. My career, social life, relationships everything was suffering for so many years. I feel like over 75% of my problems are gone. It didn’t take too long, only a few months for this entire transformation. Please do not ignore nutritional deficiencies . I hope this helps people 🙏🏼

I too don't drink milk or really consume many things with Vitamin D. I call it superwoman in a pill. Because I realized my full potential and how productive I could really be once I got the prescription. Before I gained so much weight because I didn't have the energy to workout or cook at home, my normal day of work would just finish me, so cleaning my home and doing daily chores, even cooking dinner was hard. I spiraled into depression and only wanted to sleep. But after two days of taking my prescription, I felt like superwoman, working tirelessly without getting tired! So amazing!

this video was so reassuring and all of these comments as well. I recently found out I was at a level 14 after I made an over the phone appointment with a random doctor because my doctor didn’t have any available appointments. The doctor was a woman and immediately after telling her my symptoms and how I was feeling she said she wanted to do blood work for anemia, diabetes, thyroid levels, and a few vitamins. She got back to me a week later and told me I have a vitamin D deficiency. I then went to my doctor and asked him if he could elaborate on this deficiency and if it’s connected to my symptoms. He said something “mechanical” might just be wrong in my body and he said was that most Americans are deficient in vitamin D and there usually aren’t symptoms. This left me feeling even more crazy and confused. Since then I’ve been on the 50k vitamins once a week thanks to the first doctor and doing my own research to learn more. Videos like these really give me all the reassurance I need because my doctor couldn’t.

Diagnosed with severe Vitamin D deficiency today after months of tests for anemia, hypothyroidism, b12 deficiency, estrogen dominance, god knows what else they've tested me for...add to that a year of an antidepressant, today I have a possible diagnosis. I've felt the same, lacking motivation, now approaching pure constant exhaustion, brain fogginess, and more recently aching knees & hips. I've been describing how I feel as "wholebody tired". Not 1 day in over a year have I felt like a normal functioning human. I'm only 40 & have always been an incredibly active, athletic, self motivated person. Ive been Vegetarian for 6 years, never fully dropped dairy, so I'm not Vegan. Ive been struggling with feeling as I had become freaking lazy & this was just where I was gonna be as I turn 40. Although I live in sunny Phoenix, I have shunned the sun since my early 20s to starve off photoaging, sun spots, cancer etc. Now I guess I'm paying the price for taking care of my skin. Picking up my pharmaceutical grade Vit D tomorrow. I hope this is the answer & Remedy. Video was helpful.

Yes, just found out I am vitamin D deficient. My level is 3. I believe this happened, due to COVID. I live in LA. But my pelvis kept popping out of place and I had muscle pain, which I discovered is a muscular issue and so I decided to do a whole body make over to fix the issues, resulting in physical therapy, blood work etc. I knew it was something serious. Now I know it is because of Vitamin D strengthens bones and muscles. ThNk God I am now taking care of this with Vitamin D. I thought I was tired, losing memory and getting older too, and I’m only 38. Vitamin D is a serious thing!

I had mild covid symptoms but a week later I started having weird symptoms. It was mainly sleep issues and fatigue. My primary care doctor kept saying it was anxiety. Then he sent me to a GYN to get my estrogen level checked. She said I had a slight hormonal imbalance but my vitamin D level was very low. She gave me 5,000iu vitamin D3 daily.

I found out I had moderate vitamin D deficiency this week (measured at 23nmol/L). I have no idea when my vitamin deficiency started but I suspect it was at the end of last year when I decided to go on caloric deficit. I'm in Australia so we had lockdowns late last year which didn't help getting sunlight either.
In terms of symptoms I felt the same way as you did with regards to motivation. I wasn't depressed but felt that everything I did required extra effort to do. I'm a type of person who likes to stay motivated and get "stuff" done whether it is work or exercise but the last 6 months has been a real struggle. I thought I was being lazy but in hindsight it was my mind not being able to concentrate effectively. My sleep was also severely impacted to the point I was only getting 4-5 hours of sleep.

If you take high doses of vitamin D without magnesium it's going to pull it out ofyou bones to keep you alive. if you do take a magnesium test get a RBC magnesium test not the serum because like i said the serum is almost always good because it will pull it out of your bones to keep balance. TAKE MAGNESIUM and a good kind not oxide but bisglycinate, taurate or magnesium chloride oil or flakes for foot soaks

So important to take vit D that with covid 19 pandemic going on... upto the 50's level at least as this will help with Cytokline storms. if one should get covid...please check out Dr John Campbell site for up to date clinical data on this. Important especially those of us with darker complexions as harder to absorb Vit D from the sun. Low levels of Vit D associated with worse outcomes of covid and other health issues amongst darker skinned ethnic communities, especially...Take care and thank you

I droped to 5. I had strange blood pressure problems where if I would get up fast my head would feel like it was going to explode. Did you have memory problems? This is also one of the symptoms of low vitamin D. It got so bad that I would leave a freshly poured glass of water on the kitchen counter to then come across it casually and realize: how in the h did I just forget that. Also when I would talk to my friends I would forget a lot of things; like my total recall and my photographic memory were nil. I always had strong memory when I was younger; After recovering I still do, but with the vitamin d deficiency I was in a muddle of confusion as to why my once good memory went to crap miced with my constant memory issues. I was always tired too and cold. I never wanted to do anything either. Id turn my space heater on and curl up under the blankets. I felt like I was going mad. All these things are gone after 3 months on vitamin d supplements and a mg my doc prescribed to me: I don't recall the mg amount. As High melanin folks we need more sun than the other lighter complexion peoples. NYC is a dark city, ideally we belong in heat and sunshine and happiness lol I also felt it was due to age, that is not the case. I was flexitarian but more on the vegetable side and pescatarian diet- fish is also and must be eaten carefully baring in mind mercury levels

My doctor told me that my vitamin D levels we’re at 20 and then proceeded to tell me that those levels weren’t that low. But I feel like that is in accurate because I have been having a crazy amount of symptoms. I have heart palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, extreme muscle weakness, brain fog, and the list goes on. I feel like a lot of doctors have different opinions and mixed opinions about what levels are actually low. They have me on thyroid medicine which I think is bullshit because the whole time they told me to stop supplementing and told me I had a thyroid problem. I’m 21 years old and I’ve been suffering with this for almost a year now. I don’t know what I should do at this point.

Hello mam. I was diagnosed in february with 7.7ng vitamin d3. I was suffering from muscle pain, bone pain, worst depression, sleep problem, nose blockage, hair fall, bad brain fog. I have consumed approx 12 lakh IU of vitamin d3 and got my levels to 42 in 4 months. But still my psychological problems are bad. Brain fog( no mental clarity, can't focus and concentrate and little depression due to it) still hair fall problem. Its really bad feeling and hard days for me. Will i ever get cured. Don't know where to go. Doctor doesn't know anything. 😪😪 please help.
