      Get your vitamin D levels checked again , normal range is 50ng/ml to 100ng/ml but in our country the medical system is so fucked up that they consider 20 to 30ng as normal but it's not. Vitamin D below 50 is not normal or healthy. Also get your B12 levels checked because B12 also plays a significant role. B12 deficiency can also cause depression and fatigue. Normal range is from 500 to 900. Don't rely on indian medical standards which consider 180 to 900 as normal but believe me below 500 for B12 is not at all healthy. So get a methylcobalamin injection from your doctor.

      There is a general guideline for healthy people: 1,000 IU daily per 10 kg body weight gives a level of about 70 ng/ml. You can use this to determine which dosage is right for you. And think about Magnesium und Vitamin K2. All the best.

    Many do megadose ‘vitamin’ D, & have reversed a huge array of diseases, including autoimmune. Quite a lot of doctors have woken up to the benefits of D & recognise that higher doses do not trigger ‘toxicity’. The Coimbra Protocol has been reversing many diseases. Some have to take higher doses because their bodies cannot activate it very well, so they may have normal or higher serum levels yet still be very deficient at cellular level.

    Thank you for sharing this life saving information. I have studied vitamin D for 11 years and it saved my life. Most of the people who died or were seriously ill from covid-19 were deficient in vitamin D. It is very important that you take magnesium, vitamin K2, omega 3 fish oil, and zinc with the vitamin D daily. The 25(OH)D test is best to determine your vitamin D level. The 125 D test is more expensive and not as reliable. I keep my 25(OH)D level around 100 ng/ml and I have had only 2 mild colds and 1 very mild case of covid in the past 11 years. I am 77 years old and I am physically stronger and mentally sharper than I was 25 years ago. Every cell in our body has a vitamin D receptor and they are there for a reason. Thanks again.

      you take everything forever, if you stop for a period of time you will get deficient again and have to start all over again.

      Life long that means after completion of 3 months of supplementation also do we need take supplements every week 60k or every month?

      It seems like some of the advice this channel gives is okay... But to advise taking a supplement forever is NOT good advise and I'd be cautious of other "solutions" provided... REAL FOOD is natural and should be the ultimate solution to take "forever". A supplement is just a bandaid for a deeper underlying problem... Don't settle for surface level solutions... Be careful out there

      @@seemaSeema-wd1en Vitamin D is a life companion and should be taken daily directly after a fatty meal as drops, as vitamin D from the sun or food is insufficient. The most important cofactor is magnesium (citrate or glycinate), but vitamin K2 is also useful, but for other reasons. If you supplement with vitamin D, it makes sense to measure your levels once or twice a year. A good vitamin D level is between 50-100 ng/ml. For orientation: healthy people reach a level of approx. 70 ng/ml with 1,000 iu daily per 10 kg body weight. In addition to vitamin D, illnesses, medication, stress, smoking and extreme sport also have an influence on vitamin D consumption.

    I have severe allergy so severe i feel like dying some days. Specially worse during spring and fall but it’s pretty much all year long very few good days, i can literally count them. I would only feel a little better if i’m continuously taking allergy meds which i found out creates dependency that it also cause antihistamine withdrawal so i slowly slow down on allergy meds but man oh man, every single time i stop meds i fee like dying. I research natural stuff that can help and order some tea off amazon, but i was thinking while waiting for my order a few days, maybe i should take some supplement and i happen to have d3 with k2 sitting around. This was pretty much by accident when i realize i MIGHT be vitamins deficient because, in THREE DAYS! Believe it or not, in three days, i was 90% better without allergy meds! By the time my amazon order came i didn’t even need it. Avoiding junk food plus the vitamin d3 with k2 cleared my allergy 100%!! My allergy that i suffered EVERYDAY for three years is gone!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

      It’s so hard when your doctors don’t support 😩 your magnesium might be fine now but taking lots of vitamin D depletes magnesium and it helps body to absorb vitamin D to.

    • @DillanRichardson.
      @DillanRichardson. 23 дня назад

      @@seemaSeema-wd1en yes you dont need a prescription - i want you to advocate for your self - who will you listen to , me ? who have been deficient and over come the deficiency or doctors that have never been deficient and clearly don't know what they are doing? you choose. but remember the longer you stay deficient is the longer you will more side effects of low vitamin d , some one which might be incurable without medical intervention.
